Terms of service
Stackbastion is a managed hosting and production-operations service operated by AKTAI LTD (see company details). By using our services, you agree to the scope of what we do and don't do, and to our liability position, as summarized below.
What we do
Our exact scope of work, per plan, is defined on the pricing page's service boundaries. We run your infrastructure: hosting, deploys, backups, monitoring, and incident response. We do not fix bugs in your application code, build new features, or take on design work as part of a flat-rate plan; that work is quoted separately, hourly or as a fixed-scope rescue.
Acceptable use
You can't use our service to host illegal content, malware, phishing, unlicensed gambling, or crypto mining, or to break someone else's rights or the law. Breaking this rule means we can suspend your service right away, with no notice period. To report illegal content, email [email protected]. That's our contact point under EU law.
Liability
We do not guarantee your application will never experience downtime or data loss; no honest infrastructure provider can promise that. We commit to monitored infrastructure, backups tested by actual restores, and a named engineer responding within your plan's stated response time. Our liability for any single incident is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding month, except where such a limit is not permitted by law.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. Your data, including your own Postgres database, is exportable on request.
