Backups and restoreNightly database backups, tested restores, and point-in-time recovery
MonitoringUptime checks and alerts, so we know before you do
Infra incident responseWe respond to infrastructure incidents: the server, the database, the network

Platform security patchingOS and platform-level security updates, applied on a schedule

What's not included

AreaWhy it's out of scopePrice path
Bugs in your app's codeWe run your infrastructure, not your codebaseHourly, or a rescue SKU if it's a bigger job
New featuresFeature work is product work, not ops workHourly, or a rescue SKU
Design workNot an infrastructure taskHourly
Third-party integration debuggingStripe, email providers, and similar integrations live in your app codeHourly
Data entryNot an infrastructure taskHourly

Hourly rate for out-of-scope work: €70/hour. We quote a time estimate before starting any hourly work; you approve it before we bill it. If out-of-scope work is bigger than an hour or two, we point you to the matching rescue SKU instead of running an open-ended hourly tab.

Why not just Vercel or Coolify?

Coolify is a solid tool, but you're still the one on call for it: patching, backups, and the 3 a.m. page all land on you. Vercel is fine until a traffic spike turns into a surprise bill, and your data sits in the US by default. We run the infrastructure, answer the phone, and keep your data in the EU.
