Flat pricing, no surprises
No usage-bill surprises: flat price, we notify you before limits, we never auto-charge overage.
What's included in every plan
| Area | What we do |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Server, containers, and network config for your app, kept up and monitored |
| Deploys | Deploying your app from Git or a platform export, with zero-downtime restarts |
| SSL | TLS certificates, issued and renewed automatically |
| Backups and restore | Database backups three times a day, with tested, verified restores |
| Monitoring | Uptime checks and alerts, so we know before you do |
| Infra incident response | We respond to infrastructure incidents: the server, the database, the network |
| Database provisioning | Your own Postgres database, set up and maintained |
| Platform security patching | OS and platform-level security updates, applied on a schedule |
What's not included
| Area | Why it's out of scope | Price path |
|---|---|---|
| Bugs in your app's code | We run your infrastructure, not your codebase | Hourly, or a rescue SKU if it's a bigger job |
| New features | Feature work is product work, not ops work | Hourly, or a rescue SKU |
| Design work | Not an infrastructure task | Hourly |
| Third-party integration debugging | Stripe, email providers, and similar integrations live in your app code | Hourly |
| Data entry | Not an infrastructure task | Hourly |
Hourly rate for out-of-scope work: €70/hour. We quote a time estimate before starting any hourly work; you approve it before we bill it. If out-of-scope work is bigger than an hour or two, we point you to the matching rescue SKU instead of running an open-ended hourly tab.
All prices shown include VAT. Managed hosting and rescue work begin as soon as payment clears, so by paying you agree that the service is delivered immediately and waive the 14-day statutory withdrawal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Response times
One person is on call: the founder. No 24/7 minute-response promise, because a solo operator can't honestly make one. Instead, response targets get faster and contractual as the tier goes up.
| Tier | Coverage | App-down ack | Uptime target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | Business hours, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 CET | 4 business hours | Best-effort |
| Growth | Extended, every day 07:00–23:00 CET | 2 hours in-window | Best-effort |
| Business | 24/7 for app-down issues | 1 hour, 24/7 | 99.5%/month, with credits |
Business tier: if monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, you get a service credit on your next invoice automatically. 10% below 99.5%, 25% below 99%, capped at 50% below 98%. No need to ask. Full policy and escalation path: policy/on-call.md.
Why not just Vercel or Coolify?
Coolify is a solid tool, but you're still the one on call for it: patching, backups, and the 3 a.m. page all land on you. Vercel is fine until a traffic spike turns into a surprise bill, and your data sits in the US by default. We run the infrastructure, answer the phone, and keep your data in the EU.
